Vettom Gramapanchayat
President
The chief administrator of the Panchayat. Leads development activities and administrative proceedings.
Vice President
Provides assistance in administrative activities. Performs administrative duties in the absence of the President.
Standing Committees : These are the committees that oversee development, finance, health, and education.
Standing Committees
Finance Standing Committee : It manages the panchayat's income and expenditure.
Development Standing Committee : Development projects are being implemented. They aim at public welfare and the development of basic infrastructure
Health and Education Standing Committee : Committee overseeing health and educational activities.
Welfare Standing Committee : Public welfare schemes are being implemented. The focus is on social security and welfare activities.
Other Sub-committees :
These are formed to handle activities in specific areas and provide support for various projects.
Panchayat Secretary : The Secretary is the principal administrative officer of the Panchayat. They coordinate office operations, file processing, and administrative management.
Assistant Secretary : Assists with administrative and office functions. They are responsible for coordinating Kudumbashree and welfare schemes, as well as implementing Scheduled Caste development projects.
Junior Superintendant : Manages day-to-day office operations, file processing, and staff supervision.
Head Clerk/Head Accountant : Handles financial transactions, accounts of income and expenditure, budgeting, taxation, and financial records.
Senior Clerk Coordinates office records, administrative procedures, the functioning of various sections, and file scrutiny.
Clerk Manages files and documents; handles tax collection, applications, office registers, and ward-level services.
Office Attendant Assists with office operations, handles the transfer of documents, manages office arrangements, etc.

1. Grama Sabha: A general assembly of the people of the Panchayat. It discusses development projects and public needs, and submits proposals.
2. Grama Panchayat Committee: An administrative body comprising elected representatives.
3. President & Vice President: The principal administrative leaders of the Panchayat; they provide leadership for administrative proceedings.
4. Standing Committees: Function in the areas of development, finance, health, and welfare.
5. Panchayat Secretary: The Secretary is the chief administrative officer of the Panchayat. They coordinate office operations, file processing, and administrative execution.
